We need someone who knows the workflow from beginning to end of a personal injury case. We need someone who knows how to make decisions, not just take orders or do things by rote. The ideal candidate will know how to work with our medical records clerk and our medical information officer. If you do not like making phone calls, please do not apply. Other areas where we are looking for expertise: *Intake *Set up files in CasePeer *Investigation, including crash reports and witnesses *Overseeing ordering and receipt and inventorying medical records and exactly matching bills *Can work with A.I. demand company subscription *Finalize demand letters and exhibits *In phone contact with insurance adjusters, both first party and third party, to discuss our client's claims and obtain results. *Make contact to identify, negotiate and resolve subrogation claims and liens against the settlements and verdicts. We have the phone and software platforms that you would work within. Must have Microsoft Word and Excel (Google products inadequate) and a fast internet connection without a lot of weather problems.
