ShareTraxda has been in business since 2004, manufacturing lift kits for trucks and SUVs right here in Tucson. We’re expanding into contract manufacturing, especially construction parts, and need skilled shop help. Some experience in welding, machine operation, or fabrication is required. What You’ll Do - we will train on our setups - MIG welding: short runs by hand, large runs on two Panasonic robotic welding cells - Operate CNC laser cutter and press brake - Program, load, and unload CNC bandsaw - Blast, powder coat, and bake steel parts in the oven - Operate forklift for material handling and loading/unloading trucks - Assist with packing, shipping, and general shop organization What to Expect - Shop environment: warm in summer, cool in winter, physical work daily - Lifting and moving heavy steel parts up to 50 pounds - Small team environment — you will do a variety of jobs in a single day - Weekly pay, flexible scheduling. We don't work weekends.
