Key Responsibilities: Lead and train climbing crews in safe and efficient tree pruning, removal, and forestry practices Demonstrate mastery of climbing techniques and safety protocols Supervise and mentor team members to ensure quality work and adherence to industry standards Operate and maintain tree industry equipment including skid steers, bucket trucks, aerial lifts, grapple trucks, and cranes Stay updated on forestry regulations and safety procedures Qualifications: Multiple years of hands-on experience in tree climbing and industry activities Proven leadership and crew-leading skills High level of proficiency with climbing techniques and safety Experience operating tree equipment such as skid steers, bucket trucks, aerial lifts, grapple trucks, and cranes Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards Passionate about the tree industry and eager to grow professionally Compensation: $25 - $45 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications If you're ready to take your career to the next level with a company that values safety, growth, and passion for trees, apply now!
