Family owned Pool business is searching for a full-time (W2 Employee position) to join our team with at least 2+ years pool and repair experience and salary is adjusted for repair knowledge (only experienced pool techs need apply). Compensation would be 56K - 83K yearly. Must have a positive attitude and want to work as a team player Monday - Friday and OT as needed. Some Saturdays are required. Good driving record is required and good communications skills are required. Positive people skills are necessary as this is a customer service based job. Must be able to follow detailed instructions. No need to apply if you have your own pools as this is a conflict of interest. We supply work truck, gas, chemicals, etc. We offer one week of paid time off during the holiday season and paid holidays as well. You will begin at Chatsworth facility and end at Chatsworth, but route will be mainly in Los Angeles areas. Must be able to lift 45-85lbs, be punctual and reliable and honest. Candidate must be okay with getting wet, and getting into the pool water at times and working in the elements of all weather conditions.
