HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team and help us continue our tradition of outstanding service. Responsibilities - Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating units, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and thermostats - Perform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation - Troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues promptly - Collaborate with clients to provide recommendations on improving their HVAC system efficiency - Follow safety protocols and handle refrigerants properly per EPA 608 guidelines - Document all work performed and maintain accurate records Requirements - Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or relevant role - Knowledge of HVAC systems including how to build, design, install, and maintain them - Ability to plumb, boil, refrigerate, and perform property maintenance tasks - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Van driver experience is a plus) - Certification in HVAC/R or related field is preferred but not mandatory -Certification on DAIKIN, Mitsubishi, LG, AAON manufacturing preferred by not mandatory (can send to training) - Must have VRF/VRV Experience, including water-sourced units, RTU's, packaged units - Preferred COOLING Tower Experience & Chillers If you possess these skills and are looking to grow your career as an HVAC Service Technician, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
