ShareCivil Construction Field Foreman Apply: https://aadvancedservices.com/jobs/ Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 Annually Location: Auburn, WA Position Overview A Advanced Septic and Construction Services is hiring a Civil Construction Field Foreman to lead field operations on civil projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and expertise in grading, excavation, and slope calculation. You'll manage crews, site safety, and ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily field operations and assign crew tasks * Track project progress, schedules, and budget * Maintain daily reports and communicate with leadership * Ensure quality control, site safety, and compliance * Conduct site inspections and weekly safety meetings * Train and mentor field staff in excavation, utilities, and equipment use * Calculate slopes and grades using GPS, laser levels, and rotator lasers * Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Requirements * 5+ years in construction, 3+ years in a supervisory role * Storm, sewer, and water pipe installation * Heavy equipment operation (e.g., excavators) Skills: * Team leadership, communication, and training * OSHA knowledge and ditch safety compliance * Slope/grading calculations and layout tools proficiency * Strong work ethic and safety-first mindset Certifications and Licenses: * Valid CDL (required), * CDL A preferred * Clean MVR * Must pass background check and drug test Physical: * Lift up to 90lbs * Work in all weather conditions * Available for emergency/after-hours repairs Benefits Package Includes: * Company Paid Medical for Employees ($25.00 bi-weekly employee contribution) * Dental Insurance – Supplemental Available (After 2 months) * Vision Insurance – Supplemental Available (After 2 months) * Company Paid $25,000 Life Insurance * Supplemental Life Insurance – Principal + Colonial * 401K - 4% Company Match * Paid Sick Leave * Paid Time Off (PTO) Plans * Supplemental Aflac Insurance * Pet Insurance – Supplemental Available through United Healthcare * Professional Development Opportunities * Referral Bonus Program * 6 Paid Holidays (After 6 months of employment) New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. * As a token of our gratitude, Veterans and Active Military Members Receive Veterans Day as an Additional Paid Holiday (After 6 months of employment) Apply: https://aadvancedservices.com/jobs/
