Successful candidates will have at least 5 years verifiable experience mixing/matching stains, finishing custom, high-end residential and commercial cabinetry and millwork. You MUST have the experience and knowledge required to be considered. This is not an entry level position, Responsibilities - Mix and apply stains, paints, and finishes to cabinets following established processes - Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and filling imperfections - Utilize hand tools and power tools for finishing work - Read and interpret blueprints to understand finishing requirements - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Operate and maintain airless paint spraying equipment for efficient finishing Ideal candidate will be able to work independently, as well as with other members of the team, to ensure a quality product is produced and have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. The ability to follow instructions and good communication skills are a must. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., bend, and stoop and stand on feet for long periods of time.
