Now Hiring: Full-Time & Part-Time Snow Removal Equipment Operators for the 25/26 season. We’re looking for reliable and experienced Snow Removal Equipment Operators to join our growing team! If you’re ready to take on the winter season with a strong crew and competitive compensation, we want to hear from you. About Us: We operate a modern fleet including snowblower tractors, wheel loaders, and various specialized snow removal equipment. Positions Available: Full-Time Operators – Competitive base salary regardless of snowfall + hourly pay on snow clearing days Part-Time Operators – Competitive hourly rate We also have additional hourly positions available during periods when snow removal equipment is not in operation. Shift Info: Typical snow clearing shifts average 8 hours, with overtime opportunities Work schedules vary depending on snowfall and weather conditions Ideal Candidate Qualities: A team player with a strong work ethic Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently Preferred: 3 seasons of snow removal equipment experience Required: 3 years of heavy equipment operation Experience with diesel mechanics or welding is a bonus, but not required Must have reliable transportation (4WD or AWD required) Must maintain clear communication with management Start Date: Positions begin as soon as the snow flies! 📞 Apply Today!
