We’re looking for an experienced Grading Foreman for a project in Columbia, TN. The equipment and operator are already on-site — we need someone who can read and interpret grading plans, direct the operator, and oversee day-to-day grading activities. This is a hands-on leadership role, not an office position. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Read and interpret civil site plans and grading blueprints • Direct operator on cuts, fills, and slopes • Ensure work is done accurately and efficiently • Coordinate with project manager or GC as needed • Maintain safety and production on site ⸻ Requirements: • Strong experience in site grading and layout • Ability to read plans and grade stakes • Reliable transportation to the site • Good communication and leadership skills ⸻ Details: • 📍 Location: Columbia, TN • 💼 Job Type: Full-time or contract • 💲 Pay: Based on experience • 🚧 Start Date: ASAP
