CHUGACH Roofing Solutions Inc. Now hiring Roofing shinglers. Experience with EPDM Rubber roofing, Torch-Down, & High standing seam Metal roofing is a plus. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing support and expertise in various operational areas, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Re-Roofing Industries, enabling them to contribute effectively to our onsite operations. Duties • Collaborate with team members to analyze and improve operational processes. • Utilize roofing products to manage jobsite operations and project timelines. • Assist in the preparation of jobsite integrity, and the roofs securit. • Conduct analysis to identify and troubleshoot onsite issues and provide actionable insights. • Support the implementation of new roofing systems and products related to project and operations. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes. • Provide training and support to staff on the use of financial software. Skills • Proficiency is required; experience with other specific roofing platforms and materials is a plus. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret multiple situations throughout different roofs. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
