The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing oil changes, repairing tires, and have a strong background in automotive maintenance. Experience with diesel trucks is a plus. The successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering quality service. Responsibilities: Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure proper vehicle functionality. Repair and replace tires, balancing and aligning wheels as necessary. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues accurately and efficiently. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle problems. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning tasks in various areas including restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces. Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Empty trash receptacles and maintain waste disposal systems. Assist in minor maintenance tasks and report any significant repairs needed to management. Help set up and tear down for events or meetings when needed. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and assisting with inquiries as necessary. The Estimator will understand and communicate intent of construction documents. This position will perform a variety of tasks, often changing on short notice. This position reports directly to the President.
