What we’re looking for: -Perfectionists. Attention to detail is everything. -Reliable. You show up every day, on time, no excuses. -Experienced. You know how to prep, cut, roll, spray, and leave a job site cleaner than you found it. -Team player. No egos, no drama. What we offer: -Steady work (interior/exterior, residential & commercial). -Consistent pay schedule: biweekly (every other Friday). Sometimes early, never late. -Opportunities to move up to supervisory roles if you prove yourself. The Process (no exceptions): 1. Short phone screen. 2. Paid test day on a real job site — this is where we see what you can actually do. 3. Trial week before full hire. If you can’t commit to that process, don’t apply.
