RESPONSIBILITIES • Reading instructions and examining surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary • Mixing paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture, with frequent handling of solvents • Careful and precise application of paint to individual rods, utilizing a unique and proprietary technique. • Ensuring paints and supplies are stocked and ordered, as necessary. • Conducting cleanup and maintenance of painting equipment QUALIFICATIONS • Proven experience as a painter • Knowledge of different paint compositions and mixtures, as well as the ability to prepare the appropriate paint for each job based on its properties and the surface material. • High level of precision to ensure painting is performed within the defined quality standards. • Physical capacity to stand for duration of production shift. • Good team player with effective communication skills to collaborate with other team members on large-scale projects. • Problem-solving skills to identify and rectify any issues that may arise during the painting process. SCHEDULE Enjoy a three-day weekend for a better work-life balance!
