Perform manufacturing/production/test tasks as planned by the MRP. Respect task time and quality level assigned by operating instructions, methods, process, and MRP routing. Identify parts as necessary by the operating instructions. Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks. Alert Team Leader on process drift or quality problem. Complete the tally sheet on the MRP tool if the team leader requests it. Pack goods ready for shipment in crates or other containers. Respect ESD rules for electronics device production. Complies with EHS rules. Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Industrial or Manufacturing unit, on electronics, electrical, or mechanical devices. Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical and mechanical fitting. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Manufacturing effectiveness. Quality focus. Collaboration / Communication with Transparency / Teamwork. Local language.

Position Overview: We are seeking experienced drainage installers and landscape construction contractors to install small stormwater drainage systems for homeowners in greater King County. You will be responsible for installing a wide range of residential and commercial drainage systems, including French drains, downspout tie-ins, culverts, catch basins, and other stormwater management solutions. This work requires proficiency with both earth-moving equipment and a strong ability to perform tasks with hand tools (pipe cutters, shovels, compactors, skid steers, and trenchers). Contractors should be comfortable with site preparation, trenching, pipe installation, grading, and backfilling, while maintaining safe and efficient job site practices.
