We’ve been in business for over 70 years and have built a reputation of excellence in the greater Phoenix area. What we're looking for in an A-Technician at Hi-Tech Car Care... Duties: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on all makes and models. Perform vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for repairs and required parts. Work closely with service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction. Repair or replace faulty parts, including engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems, using both your own tools and our shop-supplied equipment (diagnostic tools, scanners, lifts, etc.). Maintain a clean and organized work area and accurate service records. Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Our ideal Technician has the following qualifications: You must have at least five years of proven experience as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic. A solid history as a reliable and steady technician. If you prefer to jump from job to job, this position may not be the right fit for you. A positive attitude and pride in your work! Valid EPA Section 609, and ASE Certifications are required. You’ll be expected to maintain your certifications while you work with us. Hi-Tech Car Care is a drug free workplace. A valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record. You must have your own tools for repairs. Strong knowledge across various makes, models, and systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in diagnostic equipment and tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment.
