Job Description: Maintenance: Unit Turnovers: Completing the "make-ready" process to prepare vacant units for new tenants, which includes cleaning, patching drywall, and painting. Emergency Response: Addressing urgent repair needs, such as those affecting resident health or causing significant property damage. Support the on-site team during downtime with porter/grounds duties as needed. Groundskeeper: Duties include but aren't limited to: Cleans and performs general housekeeping and/or grounds clean-up duties. Keeps sidewalks clear of trash, debris, snow and ice. Reports potential safety risk or repair concerns to the supervisor. In addition: ✔️You must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 60 lbs. This position will include walking, standing, bending, and climbing, you will often be exposed to the elements of the weather and must be prepared accordingly. ✔️Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion, and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times. Please note that this job description does not include all facets of the position. Requirements: • Maintenance techs/supervisors: basic tools (screwdriver, hammer, drill, etc.) required. • Groundskeepers: no tools needed.
