We are a commercial mechanical contracting company looking to hire HVAC Service Tech's for our Service Division. We typically service small & medium size boilers, split-systems, Rtu's from 3-50 tons, small chiller's, exhaust equipment, make-up air equipment, etc.. This position will also periodically assist our contracting division on technical aspects of installations, and start-up/commissioning of new systems. The majority of our work is in Lorain, Erie, or Cuyahoga Counties. Typical pay is $30 - $45/hr dependent on skill level. Typical service hours are 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday - Friday. Maintenance Tech / Handyman Maintenance and repair skills required. Looking for Tech for busy facilities maintenance company with plumbing, light electrical and general handyman experience. This is for commercial buildings and 1-2 years previous experience is preferred. Detailed phone APP knowledge and computer skills required. Reliable vehicle and your own tools are also required. IMPORTANT: We utilize multiple Apps for our clients and you must have an Android phone for this position. Iphones do not work. You need to be a motivated self starter that is well organized. We are looking for a service technician that can service the equipment on a as need basis during your free time ( assuming you have a full time job elsewhere ) This is a great side gig for someone who is a kitchen mechanic or has experience in repairing and calibrating coffee equipment. The equipment is mostly BUNN and CURTIS brand.
