Christmas Light Company is seeking Full and Part time holiday light installation crew starting now through Early February. Hours will range from 35-50 hours/week. There may also be opportunity for overtime hours with heaviest workload in October and November. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team in a fast paced and fun work environment. Job Description: Install and remove holiday lighting and decor on residential and commercial properties Assist crew leader with processing, organizing and storing lighting at our shop Requirements: Comfortable on ladders and roofs, able to follow specific guidelines Comfortable working outside (even in the rain!) Comfortable working at Heights (1-3 story roof) Reliable transportation Attention to detail Team player Professional work attitude and appearance Able to lift 50+ lbs MUST BE SAFETY FOCUSED! Crew Leads must have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND GOOD DRIVING RECORD, With Some Experience In Holiday Lighting No experience necessary for new Installers, as we can train the right candidates, but prior experience with PROFESSIONAL HOLIDAY LIGHTING is always a plus.Other relevant experience skills include Painting, Roofing, Tree trimming, Window Cleaning and Gutter cleaning, Carpenters and Lift Operators. This is a seasonal position. We are offering $28-$30/hour DOE for installation technicians. $32-$40/hour for crew leads DOE. All necessary tools and equipment are provided by the company.
