Now Hiring: In-Store Locksmith/Coordinator (Full-Time) Location: Brooklyn, NY We are a well-established, high-volume locksmith and security company based in Brooklyn, proudly serving clients throughout the New York City area. We are seeking a dependable, experienced In- store locksmith with leadership abilities to oversee daily shop operations and support our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Serve walk-in customers with lock repairs, rekeying, key duplication, and security product sales. Oversee daily storefront operations, including inventory management, supply ordering, and shop maintenance. Handle invoicing, technician scheduling, and dispatch coordination. Support field technicians as needed with tools, parts or logistical needs. Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong product knowledge. Qualifications: Proven experience as a locksmith (in-store experience preferred) Prior management or supervisory experience is a plus. Familiarity with security hardware, locks, and access control systems. Proficient with POS systems, invoicing platforms, and basic computer applications.
