What are my responsibilities as a Wendover Maintenance Technician? Responsibilities You will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, common areas, parking lot/garage, and other community buildings You will remove trash from office areas and community perimeter daily and from trash chutes to compactor daily or more. You will prepare the make-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments, prior to make-ready. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner. Clean available apartments and or models. Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems, including HVAC. Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Property Manager. Meticulously maintain the curb appeal of the community. Assist office personnel with other various tasks required. Assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, etc. Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shop.
