Position: Granite and Quartz Fabricator Job Overview: Nampa Floors and Interiors is seeking a skilled Granite and Quartz Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with natural stone materials, specifically granite and quartz, and possess a strong attention to detail. The Granite and Quartz Fabricator will be responsible working with these materials to create high-quality countertops, vanities, and other custom pieces for our clients. This is a physically demanding role that requires precision and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: - Use various tools and machinery, such as grinders and polishers, to shape and finish the stone. - Ensure all pieces are cut to size and polished to the highest quality standards. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and handling of materials. - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. - Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that may arise during the fabrication process. - Continuously improve skills and techniques to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements. Qualifications: - Experience working with granite and quartz materials is a plus. - Knowledge of stone fabrication techniques and tools. - Ability to read and interpret template drawings. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. - Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
