Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced person to join our team in the construction industry. Duties Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project management and scheduling. Manage contracts and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Perform construction estimating and budgeting for projects. Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process. Supervise on-site teams, providing guidance and support as needed. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Utilize HeavyBid for accurate bidding processes related to pipeline projects. Skills **Must have plumbing journeyman license** Proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other construction management software. Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices. Experience with project scheduling and budget management. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites. Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret complex schematics. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control processes. Effective supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams. Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
