Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) to ensure RVs meet quality and safety standards before delivery to customers. Documenting all work performed, including parts used and labor time, in the dealership's service management system. Communicating with service advisors and customers to provide detailed explanations of repairs and maintenance work. Use manuals, catalogues and internet websites to conduct repairs on parts or components. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualified candidate will have the following: Minimum of 1-year experience in the RV, automotive or carpentry industry with an emphasis on repairs and installations is desired. Hands on experience in construction/carpentry. Experience with hitch work and brake controls. Must be able to work outside or in an un-climate controlled environment. Good hand-eye coordination. Attention to detail. Electrical experience. Ability to understand and communicate information. Ability to read a tape measure and use various hand tools. Willing to work weekends as needed. Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license with good driving record. High school diploma or equivalent.
