Description

Busy Small Electrical contractor looking for great candidates who are motivated, energetic, driven and have a natural customer service attitude. I have 2 guys working now and looking to grow my business. I've been in business for 10 years and always stay busy. Good pay for the right people with the proper experience. We have several projects lined up to start. Most work is residential, new construction and remodel. Must have reliable transportation , good driving record, able to pass background check, able to make it to work on time everyday, must be able to read blue prints, experience in residential remodel and new construction. Willing to work by themselves or with others. Full time and part time available. Must have own electrical tools and drill, Reliable transportation. Position Duties and Qualifications may Include: -Following plans, diagrams and detailed instructions. -Responding to service requests including: diagnosing system malfunctions, repair/replace/adjust equipment as needed. -Training customers/clients on system functions, supplying a manual where possible. -Maintaining accurate records of all work performed, materials used. -Performing additional duties as assigned. -Ability to work on a ladder carrying tools and small equipment. -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with team members and clients. - Valid NJ drivers license. -Ability to lift/move up to 40lbs of equipment and/or tools on a regular basis. -Ability to perform work in unusual and/or confined spaces such as 4-12 foot a frame ladders, 28-32 ' extension ladders, scaffolding and aerial lift equipment, crawl spaces, etc. Other Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Resume preferred along with contact information. Technical school training is a plus but not necessary. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Exhibit strong customer service and communication skills. Successful candidates may be required to pass written tests and drug screening (to satisfy both State and in-house requirements).
