QUALIFICATIONS • Refer to each position for additional qualifications. Candidates will only be interviewed if they meet the qualifications and have the shift availability for the position of interest. • Previous similar position in a hotel, or similar business entity preferred. • Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required. • Ability to always maintain a friendly, professional, team-oriented, positive demeanor and diplomatic attitude, especially under stress or challenges. • Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods of time, up to and including, the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs. • The following position will be filled in accordance with the process set forth in California Labor Code Section 2810.8 and San Diego Municipal Code 311.0101 et. seq. **The pay scale posted is the salary or hourly wage range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position during the first year of employment. PERSONAL APPEARANCE • We have established the following mandatory appearance standards for all employees to create a standard of professionalism for the Company. Employees must be properly groomed and in complete uniform or in appropriate business attire before reporting to work and whenever walking through property. • Hair: Employees must keep their hair (including facial hair) clean and well-groomed at all times. Hair and hair color (including facial hair) must be natural looking, worn in a professional style, which keeps hair out of the face. • Tattoos: Visible body art on the head, face, or neck is strictly prohibited, but tattoos elsewhere are allowed if they are not offensive, extreme, excessive, or depicting violence, and any non-compliant tattoos visible in uniform must be covered while on duty. • Jewelry: Visible body piercing, including tongue, nose, or eyebrow piercing, is not acceptable for men or women while on duty. • Refer to the company required grooming and uniform standards policy for additional details.
