Integrated Solutions, an Oregon Low Voltage Contractor is looking for a qualified/experienced Estimator/Service Manager . Job Description The Estimator/Service Manager creates estimates, supervises technicians, manages schedules, oversees projects from installation to maintenance, and ensures client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include technical oversight, managing client relationships, coordinating work, ensuring safety compliance, and developing teams. Qualifications include but are not limited to strong project management skills, technical knowledge of systems like security, fire alarms, and access control, camera systems, computer networking, and telecommunications, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities Team & Project Management: Plan, schedule, and manage field technicians, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Create and design submittals, technical drawings, and plans. Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions and support. Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to technicians on low voltage systems, ensuring quality installations and troubleshooting. Operational Efficiency: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, focusing on efficiency, service quality, and compliance with regulations. Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth, capture new projects, and contribute to the overall success of the company's service offerings Essential Skills & Qualifications Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of low voltage systems, including security, fire alarms, telecommunications, and audiovisual equipment. Knowledge of plans and design is required. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate teams, and utilize project management tools. Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively interface with employees, clients, and other stakeholders. Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and solve technical challenges and operational issues efficiently.
