Electricians Journeyman (Midtown)

Need a roofing installation team that has their own trucks, dumpster trailer, tools, liability, workers comp, business license and equipment. You will need to do the roof tear off and installation as well as possible eave repairs as needed. If extra materials are needed you will need to be able to pick them up as we do not have anyone that can do it for you. We are primarily doing residential asphalt shingle, some metal, and some flat roofing including Self-Adhered rolled roofing and TPO. You need to be able to do a full tear-off and replacement per day for at least 40 squares. Pays $70-$90 per square depending on pitch and other factors, plus some extra for special items like chimneys and skylights. You must take pictures throughout the for insurance purposes and customer satisfaction as well as to allow us to check on your work before paying you. Coverage includes the following counties: Muscogee, Carroll, Coweta, Fayette, Spalding, Lamar, Monroe, Bibb, Houston, Dooly, Crisp, Turner, Tift, Cook, Lowndes, Brooks, Thomas, Grady, Decatur, Seminole, Early, Clay, Quitman, Stewart, Heard Counties. ViaSun Corporation is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Traffic Control Yard Technician to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing traffic control equipment, ensuring that all devices are well-maintained and ready for deployment at construction sites. Your primary responsibilities will include: Load and unload traffic control trucks with cones, barricades, signage, message boards, and other necessary equipment based on work orders or job setups. Ensure all equipment is accounted for and in good working condition prior to deployment and upon return. Perform daily inspections of traffic control gear and report damaged or missing items. Clean, organize, and store equipment in designated yard areas for quick access and efficient reloading. Maintain accurate counts of cones, barricades, signs, and related materials using checklists or digital inventory tools. Track usage and assist in reordering supplies to avoid shortages. Tag and record defective or out-of-service equipment for repair or replacement. Adhere to all OSHA, DOT, and company-specific safety policies, including the proper use of PPE at all times. Keep work areas clean and free of hazards; report unsafe conditions immediately. Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and job hazard assessments. Assist with light repairs and maintenance of yard equipment and tools. Support traffic control crews as needed with prep work, loading help, or organizing site-specific loads. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as equipment maintenance or construction. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. A valid driver's license is also required. Safely repel high-rise buildings via rope descent system to reach and cleanse the windows. Communicate with site contact before, during, and after completion of work, and retrieve customer endorsement on work order. Transport and set-up water-fed poles to clean windows of multi-story buildings, and subsequent breakdown of equipment. Effectively clean up after each job to ensure there is no residue or dirt left behind. Ensure that the company vehicle is clean, maintained, and adequately stocked with window cleaning supplies at all times. Attend weekly safety meetings. Who You Are You have 1+ year(s) of relative experience safely repelling high-rise buildings. You have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. You have reliable transportation to/from work and job sites. You have a clean-cut appearance and able to adhere to our dress code. You are able to lift up to 60lbs. You are able to scale and utilize ladders from 5ft to 40ft in height (safety training provided). You are able to work both indoors and outdoors during variable weather conditions. You have excellent time-management skills. You adhere to high ethical standard. You work well in a team environment. You are professional with interpersonal and communication skills.
