The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Landscape & swimming pool construction and installation, with the ability to lead projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients. The Lead Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. Install framing and drywall in accordance with project plans. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, tile masons, electricians, plumbers & other trade specialties. Work efficiently based on directives given by estimators & project managers with assistance and oversight from team leads. Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored Communicate effectively with leadership & team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
