Perform routine maintenance or repairs to generators and automatic transfer switches Perform unit repairs on generators ranging in size mostly from 8kw to 26kw and up Diagnose or troubleshoot problems with systems failures and other warranty issues Monitor periodically to ensure proper functioning and performance Prepare and submit compliance, operational, and safety forms or reports Maintain truck inventory by monitoring and requesting materials required. Communicate timely for restocking needs Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, with excellent work ethic and neat appearance Keep customers and service dispatchers informed of job progress, parts availability, cost estimates and job completion Keep current with industry standards Other tasks as required Generac certification a plus but not required.
