What You'll Be Doing (Hands-On Production) We are seeking a Production Helper, and while experience in woodworking or carpentry is a huge plus, we will fully train the right motivated candidate! This role offers diverse, hands-on shop duties, including: Precision work like cutting glass, glazing, and Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) production. Assembling custom windows: sanding, cutting, screwing, and gluing frame components. Finishing processes, glazing, SDL application, painting and more. Occasionally assisting with local deliveries and customer service. Requirements Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task. Comfortable operating power tools and performing basic shop math (e.g., reading a tape measure). Able to occasionally lift and carry heavy items.
