Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial reporting. Key Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. High proficiency with accounting software (Ajera preferred) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
