Job Summary: We’re seeking a hands-on Construction Supervisor with direct field experience in residential foundation repair and structural work. You’ll manage multiple in-house crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure job sites are safe, efficient, and high-quality. This Role Requires Field Experience In: - Residential foundation repair - Carpentry and concrete forming - Grade beams, caissons, and seismic retrofitting - Underpinning and raised/slab foundations - Retaining wall installation -Rebar placement and structural concrete work What You’ll Do: - Lead and direct multiple in-house crews daily - Coordinate with Foremen to ensure quality work on structural repairs - Visit job sites across Los Angeles County - Access subfloor and crawlspace areas to inspect raised foundations and ongoing work - Use a computer to input field data into spreadsheets and project tracking tools - Manage job schedules, material orders, subcontractors, and inspections - Monitor jobsite safety and ensure crews follow best practices - Communicate with clients, vendors, and city inspectors - Conduct quality control checks and track project progress - Attend weekly office meetings and report project status What We’re Looking For: - Hands-on construction experience (field work is required) - Proven ability to manage structural repair projects and field crews - Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations - Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills - Comfortable crawling under homes and inspecting raised foundations - Able to multitask across multiple active job sites Why Work at Alpha Structural?
