Concrete and flood barrier protection (Saint Petersburg)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable concrete and flood barrier technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in forming, pouring, finishing concrete and doing footers. Also specialized skills of installing various types of flood barrier systems. This role is critical for ensuring the structural integrity and flood resilience of our project. You will be responsible for preparing sites executing precise concrete work and meticulously installing flood protection measures according to project specifications. Key responsibilities. Concrete work setup, forms for concrete footers, foundation slabs ensuring they are correctly sized, placed, embraced, poor spread and level concrete using various tools such as shovels rakes and screed finish concrete surfaces using trolls floats and edgers to achieve the required texture and smoothness operate concrete mixing equipment and assist with directing concrete trucks on site, install rebar, wire mesh and anchor bolts that have been specified in blueprints, flood barrier installation, install a variety of flood barrier systems including flood panels automatic Gates and deployable walls, prepare installation sites by cleaning grinding and leveling surfaces to ensure a proper seal, drill and anchor barrier components into concrete footers and existing structures, apply sealants and gaskets to ensure watertight connections, read and interpret installation manuals and blueprints to ensure correct assembly and placement. general duties.. maintain a clean and work safe environment by adhering to all safety protocols perform site preparation and clean up activities operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively collaborate with other team members supervisors and contractors. Experience.. minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in concrete forming pouring and finishing demonstratable experience in general construction or a related trade is required experience with flood barrier installation is a significant plus but we are willing to train the right candidates with strong concrete skills and other skill proficiencies with hand and powerful use in concrete and construction work ability to read and interpret blueprint schematics and construction documents have a strong understanding of concrete mixed properties and finishing techniques excellent attention to detail and commitment to high quality workmanship strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently physical requirements are abilities to lift and move heavy materials up to 80 pounds ability to stand and kneel bend and work in various weather conditions for extended period of time must have a good physical stamina and manual dexterity a positive attitude and willing to be a team member other valid driver's license and reliable transportation
