The HVAC Technician position is responsible for a variety of operational functions servicing and repairing HVAC equipment. REQUIREMENTS for the HVAC Technician: *At least 2-4 years of commercial HVAC experience. *Familiarity with cooling towers, chillers and CRAC’s is preferred. *Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to pay close attention to details, while working well with others. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as every service call must be written up. *Degree or certificate from a trade school. A 4-year apprenticeship is available. *Universal EPA certification. *Valid driver’s license. *After a 90-day probationary period, a truck, tools, computer and phone will be provided.
