Carpenter Wanted. Compensation up to $30/hr (Las Cruces, NM)

OVERVIEW We are seeking a key team member to coordinate and perform carpentry, concrete and painting work for various projects. The Carpenter role requires quality workmanship, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. The Carpenter will work closely with the Site Superintendent or Project Manager to ensure every job is completed on time, professionally, and according to the highest quality standards. COMPENSATION Hourly Up to $30.00/hr PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES Install Metal Framing Install Drywall Mud and Tape Drywall Install Flooring both Carpet Squares and VCT Form and pour concrete Paint bollards Communicate project progress to team members and management Troubleshoots problems as they occur Maintain professional relationships with government officials, worksite, and home office team members KEY COMPETENCIES Outstanding attention to detail and time management Quality and precision focused Excellent customer service skills Highly organized A proactive approach to problem-solving Able to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to thrive in an environment of continuous change and growth REQUIREMENTS 3 years of construction experience A valid driver's license Willingness to travel Able to pass a military background check PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Able to stand, walk, and/or kneel for prolonged periods of time Able to perform construction tasks If this position caught your eye, we want to talk to you!
