Description

We are a seismic retrofit company and work all over the Bay Area. You must be OK with cramped spaces. I mean REALLY cramped spaces under houses. We try to keep a family type atmosphere where people are treated with respect rather than like a tool we need to use. All tools, vehicles, safety equipment, travel time to and from jobsites, etc. are all provided. Must know how to use basic tools, nail gun, circular, sawzall, tape measure, etc . If you do not have basic carpentry skills do not apply. Pay depends upon your skill level. We offer profit-sharing depending on how well the company is doing. We have a 4 day work week 7-430 with 30 minutes for lunch, two 15 minute breaks, and 5 paid sick leave. Time off is easy to get if you just give us some notice. If you want to work overtime on Fridays that is usually an option. We are 5 full time technicians plus a small office staff. Both Spanish speaking and English speaking. As of now we are booked 2 months in advance and could use some help. We have been around for 25 years and only once did we have a two week lay off due to lack of work. We work rain or shine 4 days a week. Check us out at www.Bayarearetrofit.com MUST HAVE CARPENTRY SKILLS!
