General contractor looking for hard working carpenter with a good attitude and at least three years experience in framing/finish carpentry. Foundation experience a plus! Projects are mainly residential custom homes. Steady, full-time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours. Must have own hand tools, reliable transportation and valid CDL. Own power tools are a plus. We’re looking for a Field Supervisor to oversee daily operations — including enhancements projects and irrigation systems — while supporting crew leaders and driving team performance. This role plays a key part in maintaining beautiful, functional landscapes and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities: • Oversee crew leaders and their teams to ensure scheduled work is completed on time. • Collaborate with the Production Manager on job startups, turnovers, and overall progress. • Assign tasks to crew leaders based on site assessments. • Manage time tracking for crews using the Aspire mobile app. • Review daily field reports for accuracy and completeness. • Ensure all safety procedures are followed and incidents are reported immediately. • Support training in proper equipment use and safe practices. • Monitor equipment use and maintenance; make improvement recommendations. • Ensure paperwork and vendor delivery tickets are submitted daily. • Identify add-on sales opportunities and communicate them to the Production Manager. • Help resolve issues and ensure tasks are completed to company standards. • Assist with performance reviews and conflict resolution with crew members. • Oversee enhancements projects, ensuring high-quality execution, proper plant placement, and alignment with client expectations. • Manage irrigation systems, including troubleshooting, scheduling, repairs, and seasonal adjustments to maximize water efficiency. Qualifications: • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Knowledge of landscape maintenance operations. • Proficient with Aspire. • Experience with equipment operation, maintenance, and irrigation systems. • Ability to train and manage team members effectively. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Valid driver’s license and insurable on company policy. • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. We are looking for a skilled professional who is knowledgeable about and comfortable working with newer semi-trucks. This role requires a comprehensive skill set, as you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: Working on motors and complex engine issues. Diagnosing and repairing emission systems. Servicing and maintaining transmissions. Troubleshooting and fixing electronics. Repairing and maintaining hydraulics. Performing detailed DOT inspections. Completing welding tasks as needed. Requirements: To be a successful candidate, you must: Have a proven track record as an experienced heavy-duty diesel mechanic. Possess a clean driving record. Be willing to pass a mandatory drug test. Be a reliable team player who is ready to work every day.
