General Contractor, Pacific Building Envelope, Inc. is looking for skilled carpenters to join our team. Our company specializes in multifamily apartment and condominium exterior renovations. Looking to hire for a large 2 year project we are performing in Kirkland. We are currently looking for multiple carpenters to join our team. Candidates must possess a wide range of skills; have reliable transportation and a clean record to work on these occupied homes. Compensation includes an hourly wage of $28-$40 per hour depending on experience plus paid medical insurance after 60-day evaluation period & 401K with company match. Common tasks and desired skill-set include: • Selective demolition • Wood stud framing, shoring, sheathing, dry-rot repairs • Integral sheet metal flashings • Waterproofing (e.g. liquid applied urethane system, sheet goods, etc.) • Installation of windows and doors with flashings • Deck repairs • Siding replacement (e.g. fiber cement, wood, vinyl, stucco, etc.) • Limited concrete walls and small flatwork • Interior drywall patching, texturing and finishing a plus • Application of sealants and paints • Selective interior millwork and finish carpentry a plus • OSHA 30, Flagger Card, Scissor Lift and Forklift Cert all a plus. Candidates with special endorsements, certifications, bi-lingual and equipment operating skills (e.g. aerial lift, forklift, telehandler, etc.) will be looked upon favorably.
