Project Manager will work with General Building Contractor, Foreman/Superintendents, and communicate with clients. Must have ability to manage multiple projects and work well with people. RESPONSIBILITIES • Creates Project Schedules and drive deliverables. • Develop sand oversees all stages of project. • Responsible for tracking financial activities associated with project costs. Budgets vs. Actuals Spend and ability to report GPM per project. • Provide timely project status reports weekly with Senior Management. • Hire Subcontractors as needed for project. We are not opposed to using your own contacts as long as they are licensed/insured. • Pick-up materials, if needed. • Submits approved Estimates/Quotes to Accounting. • Approve project expenses for accounting team. • Schedules building permits and inspections as needed.
