Physical Requirements: • Physical stamina (ability to lift heavy objects as needed, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, etc.) • Perform various construction tasks such as airless paint spraying, rolling, brushing, restoring and caulking • Use power tools and other equipment to complete assigned tasks. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Duties - Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and filling holes - Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers - Mix and match colors for touch-ups and complete projects - Perform minor carpentry work related to painting projects - Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines Skills - Proficiency in drywall repair and installation - Ability to maintain and repair painting equipment - Experience in fixture installation for accurate painting around objects - Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques - Proficient in trim carpentry for precise finishing touches - Carpentry skills to assist with various tasks related to painting

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain vehicle functional condition by working off repair orders or leader instructions and conducting inspections. • Repair mechanical and electrical system malfunctions and replace parts and components. • Read, interpret, and follow service procedures. • Maintain vehicle records by entering notes, service, and repair orders. • Keep shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs. • Participate in daily shop organization and clean-up. Education and Experience (required): • High school diploma or equivalent. • For Mechanic II, 4 years of previous experience is required. • For Mechanic III, 8 years of previous experience required {mentor and oversees team members) • Mechanical ability and ability to operate shop equipment. • Good attention to detail and organizational skills. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Has own tools with a rolling toolbox and is able to work overtime and weekends. • Ability to read, comprehend and execute written procedures. Education and Experience (preferred): • Certificate in Automotive Technology or related. • National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification(s). • State Mechanic Certification(s). • Valid driver’s license.
