Also willing train in plumbing /carpentry aspects of job .All around handy person not afraid of the crummy stuff as well as the more challenging UA NEEDED CURRENT DRIVERS LICENSE Helpful skills include- Plumbing Carpentry Radon mitigation Split unit heat pumps Crawl space work Construction site clean up always helpful
