Newyorkplantings Garden and Irrigation Company based in Manhattan is hiring a helper and also foreman driver for landscaping, drip irrigation systems, lawn sprinklers, landscape, outdoor lighting and rooftop gardens. We are downsizing with the goal to maintain high quality garden work, mostly in Manhattan area outdoors every day year round. Great for your health and the mind! A small team of 4 people will be our core team with part time helpers for larger projects. This is a real trade and a real career. If you like to work with your hands, Carpenters, Plumbers, Mechanics, Cable installers, Satellite TV and handyman work. . This is challenging work. It is not easy and takes discipline. Our work is some of the best in the business. A small company: This team is together to support ourselves and/or our families, not for investors. If you can handle constructive criticism, trust a leader or are not easily offended then this work is good for you. Experienced Irrigation Techs can make a 20% increase in pay over their current employer. Training with training pay for 30 days. $750/week for 2 weeks to 30 days * potential bonus with good performance and own tool bag after 30 day trial. Focused and serious individuals who are interested in working hard, getting up early and getting hands dirty. Start in training with salary matched to your experience and good work. Full time, permanent position for the right people. You don't have to be good looking but you do have to be clean and presentable.
