We are a growing shop in South Tacoma looking for experienced technicians. We offer competitive pay and full time employment, with a Monday through Friday schedule. We currently service 3 different auto sales locations on South Tacoma Way. As well as a major influx of retail work that we are in need of help fulfilling. Experience and your own tools are required. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in civil construction and/or concrete. • Experience with foundations, structural steel, and deep foundation methods (caissons, tiebacks, micropiles) strongly preferred. • No degree required — equivalent experience and a proven track record accepted. • Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and field personnel. • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly to the Guadalupe site and other regional locations as needed. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with construction software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or equivalent) preferred. Preferred Qualifications • OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training. • PMP or CCM and/or prior experience managing heavy civil/structural projects. • Experience interpreting structural/geotechnical drawings and specifications.
