The Lead Painter is responsible for overseeing and executing high-quality residential painting projects from preparation to final finish. The Lead Painter will mentor crew members, enforce safety and quality protocols, and serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and management. Qualifications • 3+ years of professional painting experience (residential and/or small commercial). • Demonstrated leadership or crew lead experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of surface preparation, paint products, tools, and application methods (brush, roll, spray). • Ability to read work orders, measure and calculate materials, and follow specifications. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. • Ability to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights.
