This role is essential in providing support and expertise in various operational areas, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Re-Roofing Industries, enabling them to contribute effectively to our onsite operations. Duties • Collaborate with team members to analyze and improve operational processes. • Utilize roofing products to manage jobsite operations and project timelines. • Assist in the preparation of jobsite integrity, and the roofs securit. • Conduct analysis to identify and troubleshoot onsite issues and provide actionable insights. • Support the implementation of new roofing systems and products related to project and operations. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes. • Provide training and support to staff on the use of financial software. Skills • Proficiency is required; experience with other specific roofing platforms and materials is a plus. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret multiple situations throughout different roofs. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
