Location: Roseville, CA Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, availability for weekend work as needed Pay Rate: $21/hr Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Warehouse Production Specialist to join our high-impact team responsible for preparing, assembling, and refurbishing Point of Sale (POS) equipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. While this position is primarily production-focused, it offers valuable cross-training opportunities in inventory control procedures and equipment operation (including forklifts and pallet jacks), making it an ideal role for someone looking to broaden their warehouse skillset and grow within a dynamic organization. Primary Responsibilities – Production Focus: Pull and prepare POS equipment orders for injection/download and shipment Assemble, kit, and refurbish hardware components based on client specifications Perform basic troubleshooting and handling of electronics such as POS units and printers Accurately track items using RF scanners and warehouse software systems Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and staging for outbound delivery Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant production workspace Meet daily and weekly productivity, quality, and safety goals Participate in team-based projects, 6S initiatives, and special event committees Foster a positive, team-oriented environment through regular team-building activities Cross-Training Opportunities – Expand Your Skills: While production is the core focus, you will have the opportunity to cross-train in: Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and bin audits Assist in identifying and resolving stock discrepancies Verify PO receipt accuracy and support data tracking Record product dimensions and validate labels Warehouse Equipment Operation: Train to safely operate stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment Participate in required forklift safety training and certification Requirements Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role Comfortable using basic computer systems (email, Excel; Oracle is a plus) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, twisting, standing) Ability to read and follow directions in English Willingness to work overtime as business needs arise Able to work on your feet for 8–10 hours/day Preferred Qualifications: Experience with POS systems, injection/download, or electronic repair Familiarity with cycle counting or inventory audits Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification preferred) SAP or Oracle software experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to results Benefits Why Join Us? This role serves as the financial partner to construction, planning, and engineering teams—ensuring multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects, including New Terminal 1 and those beyond, are strategically planned, accurately tracked, and compliant with federal and state requirements.  Join a high-impact team responsible for securing federal grant funding and managing the $4.5B Capital Budget that drives airport infrastructure improvements. As a leader in Capital Financial Planning, you’ll lead the strategy and stewardship of federal grants—including FAA Airport Improvement Program (AIP), Passenger Facility Charges (PFCs), and Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA)—helping secure and manage hundreds of millions in funding for transformative capital projects. You’ll also direct the capital budget process and guide prioritization efforts to ensure alignment with the airport’s strategic plan, supporting initiatives like terminal expansions, airfield upgrades, and other infrastructure investments.  Rooted in the construction environment, this position translates project scope and progress into clear financial strategies, reporting, and grant funding plans. From managing FAA and state grants to supporting debt strategies and feasibility studies, the Manager, Capital Budget & Grants ensures the airport’s capital program is delivered within Board-approved budgets.  The ideal candidate will bring budget expertise in large-scale capital and infrastructure programs, strong grant management skills, and collaborative leadership to connect technical and financial teams.
