Baesman Group, a nationally recognized provider of direct-to-consumer and in-store marketing strategy and execution, is seeking a Digital Print Operator for their 2nd shift operations. This role is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of a full range of digital print equipment, including Ricoh 9210, 8220 and OCE Titan 6180, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced commercial printing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Run all digital imaging devices effectively, including: • Programming the machine to effectively run the jobs presented • Load, unload, and clear jams on the machine to keep it operating • Place service calls when required, and accurately inform the technicians of any issues • Monitor job schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines • Accurately read and follow the specifications of a job ticket • Correctly setup and run equipment to complete jobs from start to finish • Perform maintenance on equipment and place service calls when needed • Perform quality control procedures • Manage daily job ticket entry • Effectively and professionally communicate with personnel from other departments • Multi-task and deal effectively with competing priorities • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Manage inventory of paper and consumables • Promote the Baesman Values: Can-do Attitude, We Before Me, Go the Extra Mile, Embrace Growth and Change, and Do the Right Thing. • Other duties as assigned Requirements • High school diploma or GED • Minimum of 3-5 years full-time experience in digital print (toner, inkjet, wide format inkjet) • Mechanically inclined/technical aptitude • Proficient in operating various digital equipment • Basic literacy and problem-solving skills • Positive attitude and proactive approach • Attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities • Accurately see/determine color quality and accuracy • Ability to stand for long periods and regularly move/lift up to 50 lbs.
