ESSENTIAL & CORE FUNCTIONS: 1.     Provide BC services for a minimum caseload of 12 consumers. 2.     Provide supervision to IBHS staff in accordance with the regulations. 3.     Monitor the IBHS agency's compliance with regulations. 4.     Complete FBAs for caseload and other consumers when needed. 5.
