Whether you're new to the field or already certified, we'll support you every step of the way-including paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and full coverage of your certification costs. We require that you have completed the 40 hour RBT course within the last 130 days. We will support your competency and RBT exam. What You'll Do: Complete end-to-end UX and UI designs in collaboration with our Founder, who serves as the product lead. Work with engineering to implement designs; participate in QA to ensure that designs are working in staging and production.
