1 Resource Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Generator Field Service Technician to join our clients team in Lakeland / Orlando, FL area. As a Generator Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional maintenance, repair, and support for generator systems used in various industries. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a family-owned company recognized nationally for its commitment to quality and service. In this role, you will travel to different job sites, diagnosing and resolving issues with generators to ensure that they operate safely and efficiently. You will play a vital role in maintaining our clients' trust and satisfaction through effective communication and professional service. Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on generator systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Provide on-site customer support and training as needed. Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed. Collaborate with the support team to improve service delivery and efficiency. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. 3+ years of experience in generator service and repair. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Outstanding customer service and communication abilities. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions.
